Another important milestone has been achieved in the construction of the Fehmarnbelt Fixed Link: the fourth standard element is in place.
Each immersion is a complex and highly coordinated operation, bringing together engineering, marine, transport and construction teams to ensure everything comes together at the right time.
With four standard elements installed, the structure beneath the surface is beginning to take considerable shape.
As we move into autumn, changing weather and sea conditions will require even greater focus on planning, teamwork and, above all, safety.
